If you have created or used a Kirana King account, you can request deletion of your account and associated data.
Option 1 — In the Game: Open Kirana King, go to the account/settings area, and use the available account-deletion option.
Option 2 — Web Request: Send an email to kirana.king.support@gmail.com with the subject Kirana King Account Deletion Request. Include the email address associated with your Kirana King account so that we can identify the account.
When your deletion request is completed, we delete the Kirana King account and associated data that we control, including, as applicable:
Deleting your Kirana King account does not delete your underlying Google account. It only removes the Google-linked identity/connection used for Kirana King.
Aggregated or de-identified statistics that can no longer be associated with your account may be retained. Firebase Crashlytics reports and their associated installation identifiers may remain for up to 90 days. Google Analytics event data may remain for the retention period configured for the analytics property, up to 14 months. Information already placed in Firebase backup systems may take up to 180 days to be fully removed after deletion from the live system.
Guest gameplay progress is normally stored locally on your device. If a guest was assigned an anonymous Firebase account and submitted leaderboard information while online, that associated server-side account and leaderboard data can also be deleted through the applicable deletion process.
We aim to process valid deletion requests promptly. Removal from third-party backups, analytics systems, caches, or diagnostic logs may follow the retention periods described above.
If you cannot access the Game or cannot complete the in-app deletion process, contact us at kirana.king.support@gmail.com.
