This Privacy Policy explains how Kirana King ("Kirana King", "the Game", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Kirana King mobile game.
Kirana King is a simulation game about operating a realistic Indian kirana store. Gameplay may involve buying goods from a mandi, setting retail prices, managing profit and loss, maintaining stock, handling expiry, managing customer credit/khata records, and competing on weekly profit leaderboards. The game is a simulation and does not provide real-world retail, financial, credit, banking, or investment services.

We use this information to authenticate your account, maintain the app identity associated with your account, support account-related features, and help provide the game's online features.
We do not display your Google email address, Google profile picture, or Google account name on the public leaderboard.
Kirana King supports guest play. Your main guest game progress is stored locally on your device.
When Firebase services are available, a guest user may receive an anonymous Firebase account, and the game may submit the selected shop name and weekly score/profit to the Firestore leaderboard. When the game is used offline as a guest, the game does not submit that guest leaderboard information to our server until an applicable online connection and submission occur.
Main game progress is stored locally on your device. Depending on the feature used, this can include gameplay state and information needed to operate your virtual kirana store, such as inventory, prices, sales, profit, customer/khata records, and expiry-related gameplay data.
The weekly leaderboard is stored in Firebase Firestore. It may contain:
Your Google name, Google email address, and Google profile picture are not displayed on the public leaderboard.
Kirana King uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is used, measure feature usage, improve gameplay and stability, and understand aggregate game performance. Analytics may collect app interactions, gameplay actions, screen views, sessions, coarse progression information, app-instance and advertising identifiers, approximate location inferred from a masked IP address, device/app information, and other usage information as provided by the Firebase Analytics SDK and configured by the developer.
Kirana King uses Firebase Crashlytics to detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and other technical failures. Crash reports may include stack traces, app and device information, operating-system information, app version, Crashlytics and Firebase installation identifiers, technical diagnostics, and analytics breadcrumb events leading up to a failure. We do not intentionally include your Google email address, display name, or profile picture in crash reports.
Kirana King uses Google AdMob, with AppLovin and Unity Ads as mediation partners, to display advertisements. These advertising services may collect or share device and advertising identifiers, IP address and approximate location inferred from it, ad and app interactions, and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes, subject to the SDK configuration and the user's choices.
Kirana King uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent flow where required. Where applicable, users can make or change advertising privacy choices through the Ad Privacy Options available in the game's Settings.
When you submit a shop name, Kirana King sends the shop name and, when available, an internal Firebase user identifier to our abuse-detection service. We use this information to screen public leaderboard names for abusive content and to protect the service from misuse.
Kirana King uses third-party services including Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase App Check with Play Integrity, Google Sign-In, Google AdMob, AppLovin, and Unity Ads. The Game also uses an abuse-detection service to moderate submitted shop names. These services process information according to their respective terms, privacy practices, and the configuration used by the Game.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Main gameplay data is primarily stored locally on your device. Online authentication and leaderboard functionality use Firebase services. Data transmitted to Firebase services is protected in transit using HTTPS/TLS as provided by the services.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We take reasonable measures appropriate to the Game and the services we use, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can request deletion of your Kirana King account and associated account data. When an account deletion request is completed, we delete the Firebase Authentication account, associated Firestore user/leaderboard records, current and indexed historical leaderboard entries associated with the account, local game progress, local authentication session information, app settings, and locally cached advertising configuration, to the extent applicable.
Deleting your Kirana King account does not delete your underlying Google account. It removes the Google-linked identity/connection used by Kirana King.
Some information may remain temporarily in backups or logs maintained by service providers according to their normal retention and deletion processes. Where applicable, such data is deleted or overwritten according to those providers' retention procedures.
Kirana King is not specifically directed to children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us improperly, please contact us at kirana.king.support@gmail.com.
Kirana King provides an in-app account-deletion option. An external deletion request is also available through the Account Deletion page.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, its services, or applicable legal requirements change. The updated policy will be published at this URL with a revised effective date.
